Cancel your membership

Membership automatically renews monthly or yearly according to your selected plan. To stop the next renewal:

1. Sign in to the account that owns the membership.
2. Open Billing and choose Manage membership.
3. Choose cancellation in the secure billing portal and confirm it.

Access continues through the paid period. Disconnecting an agent does not cancel your membership.
