1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Morrowfield, operated by Sharshi (“Morrowfield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use Morrowfield websites, applications, APIs, and connected services, including Upkeep AI.

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication information

We collect your email address, account identifiers, authentication tokens, subscription status, and related sign-in records. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the information Apple provides according to your Apple settings.

Content you provide

We store information you choose to add, such as media, tasks, notes, documents, receipts, manuals, warranties, appliance details, serial numbers, service history, replacement parts, maintenance schedules, and supply inventory.

Connected-agent activity

When you connect an assistant such as Muse or Instinct, we record the connector name, requested tool, request and response data, confirmation state, and retry identifier. These records help provide auditability, prevent duplicate actions, and investigate failures.

Technical information

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs, storage and upload metadata, and security events needed to deliver and protect the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and secure Morrowfield.
• Authenticate you and keep application sessions isolated.
• Process documents, extract details, search your records, and generate grounded answers.
• Schedule maintenance, synchronize tasks, and complete actions you request.
• Operate subscriptions, communicate service messages, and provide support.
• Detect abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability and safety.

We do not sell your personal information or use your private workspace content to create an advertising profile.

4. AI and connected services

Morrowfield may use automated systems to extract, organize, summarize, and retrieve information from content you provide. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect, so important details should be checked against the cited document or original record.

When you enable a third-party assistant or connector, information needed to answer your request may be sent to that service. The third party’s privacy terms also apply to its handling of that information. Connecting a service does not authorize every action: write actions remain subject to the confirmation and permission controls presented to you.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service, fulfill your instructions, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. This may include infrastructure, storage, email, payment, security, and document-processing providers acting for us. We may also share information during a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not share your private content with connected agents unless you enable the connection or direct the relevant request.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and workspace content while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Audit, billing, security, and backup records may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary or legally required. You may request account or content deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, scoped authentication, and account isolation. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can review or change many records inside the applicable Morrowfield app. You can disconnect agents, revoke their credentials, remove stored content, or sign out active sessions. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information and to appeal certain decisions.

9. Children

Morrowfield is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. Classroom features must be used by an authorized adult or institution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material.
